Our research focuses on market microstructure: how orders interact, how liquidity is distributed across venues and how prices respond to flow. We apply statistical methods to high-resolution market data and treat every result with suspicion until it has survived independent testing.
Ideas move forward only when they have a clear economic rationale, hold up out of sample and remain attractive after realistic costs. Most do not, and we regard that as the process working.

We design and build our own trading infrastructure. Market-data capture, research tooling, simulation, execution and monitoring share one codebase, so a strategy behaves the same way in testing as it does in production.
Building rather than buying gives us full visibility. We can explain every order a system sends, reproduce any past decision from its logs, and change behaviour without waiting on a vendor.

Our strategies operate across multiple digital-asset venues. They manage inventory within defined bands, rebalance between venues in planned batches and favour patient, passive execution where it reduces cost.
Decisions are made by rules, not by discretion in the moment. People set the limits, review the results and decide what runs; the systems carry it out consistently, around the clock.

Controls come first.
Automated trading fails quickly when it fails. Our controls are designed before our strategies, and every system is built to stop safely.
Pre-trade limits
Maximum order size, price collars and exposure caps per venue and per asset, enforced before any order is sent.
Kill switch
A single control that halts all trading and cancels open orders across every venue at once.
Key security
Exchange API keys are trade-only, with withdrawals disabled, and restricted to known infrastructure.
Custody
Only working balances are held on venues. Reserves remain in self-custody under the firm’s direct control.
Reconciliation
Positions, fills and balances are reconciled against venue records and any difference is investigated.
Monitoring
Health checks and alerts on data quality, connectivity, positions and losses, with automatic de-risking.
